We offer "off season” discounts for reservations of seven nights or more!
Room rates include use of two adult bikes and beach towels.
A deposit of 25% or one night's stay, whichever is greater, is required to confirm all reservations. For stays longer than two weeks, an additional 25% deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation notice is required 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date and will result in a $35.00 processing fee.
Cancellation within 30 days of scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit if the accommodation cannot be re-rented for the full term and price of your scheduled reservation.
There are no refunds for early departure.

No smoking in rooms. Thank you for smoking on patios only!
Parking is provided for one car per each unit – limited parking does not allow space for trailers or RV's. We can help make arrangements for trailer parking at other, nearby facilities.
All units are set up for house keeping. No daily maid service available. Extra towels and linens are always available for exchange as needed.
Complimentary amenities with your stay include two beach bicycles and beach equipment. We are sorry but our liability does not permit any person less than 18 years of age to ride our bikes.
Most rooms can only hold two people. Unless prior arrangements are made, an extra person fee of $30 per person per day will be charged for parties of three or more.
