Rooms
The Tarpon Tale Inn offers three types of accommodations: spacious one-bedroom suites with private king bedrooms, full kitchens, and living areas; studio rooms with full kitchens and king or queen beds; and cozy efficiency rooms with queen beds and mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
All rooms feature private patios and come with complimentary bikes, beach chairs, carts, umbrellas, and a gas grill. Enjoy our outdoor hot/cold shower and shell cleaning station after a day at the beach.
Additional towels and linens are available upon request at no extra charge. In-room housekeeping services are not provided on a daily basis. Meals are not served on-site but there are several nearby restaurants to enjoy serving breakfast, lunch and dinner (and ice cream).

Tarpon Suite
This spacious suite has a separate bedroom with king bed, living room with queen and twin sleeper sofas and flat screen TV, full kitchen with dining area, bath with tiled shower and private patio. Optional second bedroom in connecting room (Birdhouse) has queen bed, bath with shower and its own patio. Includes complementary bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas during your stay.
Mangrove
This king studio features a complete kitchen with dining area, king bed, comfortable seating area, flat screen TV, bath with tiled shower and private patio. Includes complementary bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas during your stay. Optional second bedroom in connecting room (Sea Shell II) has queen bed, bath with tiled shower and its own patio.
Lighthouse
This king studio features a complete kitchen with dining area, king bed, queen sleeper sofa, 50″ flat screen TV, tiled shower, and private patio. Includes complementary bikes for adults, beach cart, chairs and umbrella during your stay. Optional second bedroom in connecting room (Mermaid) has queen bed, bath with tiled shower and its own patio.
Island Sunset
This bungalow style queen studio with vaulted beamed ceiling features a kitchenette with dining area, queen bed, loveseat/twin sleeper, 50" flat screen TV, tiled shower, and private patio. Includes complementary bikes for adults, beach cart, chairs and umbrella during your stay.
Seashell
This efficiency room has a queen bed, love seat sofa, flat screen TV, tiled shower, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, small dining table, and private patio. Maximum occupancy 2 adults. Includes complementary bikes for adults, beach cart, chairs and umbrella during your stay.
Mermaid
This efficiency room has a queen bed, small table and 2 swivel chairs, flat screen TV, tiled shower, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, and private patio. Maximum occupancy 2 adults. Includes complementary bikes for adults, beach cart, chairs and umbrella during your stay.
Birdhouse
This charming but smaller efficiency has a queen bed (very high off the floor), flat screen TV, shower stall, microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker, seating area, and private patio. Maximum occupancy 2 adults. There is a high step into the bathroom - may not be suitable for all guests.
